Did you go to “Tools -> Upload Max Filesize” in your WordPress dashboard? What does it say on that page under “Current Status:“? It should say this:

    Your upload_max_filesize is 32M.
    Your post_max_size is 33M.

Also try, on that same page: check the box labeled “USE php.ini INSTEAD OF php5.ini:“, and click the blue button to “Run Once”. Then wait 10 – 20 minutes again to refresh the page. You may need to clear your browser’s cache to see the changes take effect under “Current Status“.

After about 20 minutes, please check the “Current Status” again. It should finally say:

    Your upload_max_filesize is 32M.
    Your post_max_size is 33M.

If it does not show this, then if you will tell me who your web hosting company is, I can check to make sure this plugin is compatible with them. Hope this helps.
