plugin does not work

installed the plugin but does not work.
I put my API KEY, and all …when I put any shortcode in a post or page, nothing happens
Is there anything I should still learn to work?
I was the last version of wordpress, but as the plugin was not tested it yet, I decided to install the version 3.9.1
