plugin does not work

    I’m using wordpress 4.7 I installed the plugin to use it with contact form like this

    Detailed Data Sheet
    </div>
    <div style=”display:none” class=”fancybox-hidden”>
    <div id=”1″>
    contact form here
    </div>
    </div>
    but it does not work at all
