    HI,
this is because you are using composite product plugin that change the way how ajax add to cart work. Try to deactivate this plugin and activate twenty theme, popup should work good.

    Let me know, regards.

I don’t think it was composite products plugin. But for some reason after testing again it works with twenty theme. I did deactive composite products plugin, but then activated it again. And your plugin works great no matter if composite products are activated or not.

But it does not seem to be compatibly with our main theme, Oxygen. No matter if composite products plugin is activated or not. I do not not get a popup when adding products to cart.

    Hi,
so at this point I think that the theme you are using modify the way how “add to cart” works for product. I found a theme called Oxygen on WordPress repo, test it, and the plugin works. Is this the theme you are using?
So let me know, so I can test it and help you find a solution.

    Regards ??

    Hi,
there is a theme with same name on WordPress Repo.
This is a commercial theme but from theme’s demo I notice that this class “ajax_add_to_cart” is missing on add to cart button. This class is mandatory for let the ajax add to cart works fine. Try to add this class and let me know.
I suggest you anyway if possible to contact theme’s support and ask them to have a look into this.

    Regards.

Do you mean “ajax_add_to_cart” is mandatory for every WordPress theme for Woocommerce, or only mandatory for your plugin? Maybe they use another technique for their way of handling add to cart button?
How can I add this class to add to cart button? What css code to I need to use?
