Plugin does not work on live site

    I can’t even get to the stage of adding images in the back end, so this is why the link supplied shows a blank content area.
    Can you please check the screencast I made to show what is happening in the setup phase of creating a gallery.

    Please note: this was working previously and has always worked on my local testing server.
    I have uninstalled the plugin, deleted it, reinstalled it, logged out, logged in, all to no avail.
