Plugin does not work properly (ver. 1.3.16)

  • Hi,
    I’ve just installed and activated the Add-on Contact Form 7 – MailPoet 3 plugin, but behavior is not the one expected.
    I’m following all the instructions and I’ve created a new form with CF7, added labels “your-name” and “your-email”, as well as “mailpoetsignup” tag.
    Once submitted, CF7 sends the usual email associated to the contact form, but signed subscriber is not added to any Mailpoet list neither receiving any subscription confirmation email.
    Here my form configuration:


    <label> Tu nombre(*)
    [text* your-name] </label>
    <label> Tu correo electrónico(*)
    [email* your-email] </label>
    <label> Asunto
    [text* your-subject] </label>
    <label> Tu mensaje (opcional)
    [textarea your-message] </label>
    [mailpoetsignup* mailpoetsignup-818 list:4 “Suscríbete al Blog de ideaModa (solo unos pocos mensajes al a?o)”]
    [submit “Enviar”]

    Versions I’m using:
    * Add-on Contact Form 7-MailPoet 3: version 1.3.16
    * MailPoet 3 (new): version 3.60.5 (Free version)
    * Contact Form 7: version 5.4
    * WordPress: version 5.7

    I’m not using any other plugin for Mailpoet, neither a Premium version.
    In addition, I’ve disabled reCaptcha from CF7, just to check if that could be the reason, but issue remains unsolved.

    Is “list:4” your custom made list ?

    Hi,
    Yes, it is.
    “list:4” is the custom subscribers list for blog subscription I made on MailPoet.
    I’ve already double-checked it with the ID-index at the end of the complete url: “https://ideamoda.es/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailpoet-segments#/edit/4&#8221;

    When used from a MailPoet standard form, it works and user is included as subscriber to the corresponding list, but if subscription option is included on Contact Form 7, only the standard contact email is sent but user is not subscribed to any MailPoet list (I’ve tested it with different lists, also with multiple list option, but same unsuccessful results)

    Hi,
    Do you have any suggestion about how to solve this issue?
    On the same test page I have both a Contact Form 7 form and a MailPoet form (as a widget on the right bar).
    When widget MailPoet form is filled, then subscription works properly but, when Contact Form 7 (with add-on) is filled, then only the contact email is sent but user subscription to the newsletter list (list:4) does not work.
