Plugin does not work with my WordPress theme (Wildhorn)

I have this WordPress theme (Wildhorn) where you have the option to add a ‘half-page’ instead of a full page. So when I add this half page, I have two boxes to put content in. I want the plugin to be in the second box. But when I import the facebook like box via the plugin in the second box, the shortcode pastes in the first box.
Now it appears on the wrong side.
When I copy the shortcode and paste it in the box where I want it, it doesn’t work anymore.Anyone that has a solution for this?
