plugin does not working in my website

hi admin, i installed this plugin in my website https://www.onlinestoremaker.com but its not working i am trying last 1 week and also update latest wordpress and contact the hosting providor but still its not working any guide about this plugin or any solution for this please update me as soon as possible, thanks
