    Howdy!

Your plugin looks awesome so I wanted to set it up on a staging site to show a client. After installing, disabling the requirement for a user to be logged in from WordPress Discussions and disabling the requirement of owning the product from WooCommerce Products, I cleared the server cache and am still just seeing the generic WooCommerce review form.

Your Settings page seems to only be about email reminders which is a nice feature but not important for testing how the plugin looks or the process of adding a review.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks,
    Chris

I got the plugin to display but it hardly looks like your screenshot:

Where is the Add a review button in place of the ugly unstyled generic comment form. Do I have to develop my own? I’d really prefer the button.

You helped another person in this thread:

If you go to their sample page there’s an “Add a Review” button under the aggregate score that reveals a nicely designed form with graphics to upload images/video. I checked the code, there are a number of classes with your plugin’s prefix on them.

As a side question, any chance you’ll add support for titles/subject lines? Amazon has one, ReviewX has one.

    Hi Chris,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

Please go to the admin area Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions:
    – Visual Style: CusRev (enhanced user interface)
    – Enable Review Form option
    – Enable Reviews Summary Bar
to see the changes. And follow this solution to use the review tagging How to Filter Reviews by Tags?.

Regarding the review title/subject line, I will inform the development team to consider supporting this feature in future updates.

Thanks so much and forgive my impatience with your interface. I did find that setting yesterday and added some reviews that the site owner previously had on a pseudo-testimonials page. She was very happy and we’ll be upgrading to Pro today. ??
