    Hello,
Our online store uses a country restriction plugin (WooCommerce Country Restrictions), because some product variations are not available everywhere and prices are not the same depending on the country. On the store side, everything works fine: the right products are displayed at the right prices.

On several pages, we use the “Ultimate Carousel For Divi Premium” plugin (the site uses the Divi theme) to show the products available in the category linked to the page. This is where the product prices are wrong. I asked the carousel plugin’s technical support, and in their reply they told me that the plugin displays what the “get_price_html” function returns to them.

My question is: which function should be used to get the right price? As it works fine in the store section of the site, I’m thinking that the carousel plugin must be using the wrong function…

    Thanks for your help!

    Dia

    Hi Dia @diaweb,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re having an issue with one of your plugins not retrieving the correct price from WooCommerce.

The “get_price_html” function in WooCommerce is typically used to retrieve the price of a product, however, from your description, it is possible the plugin you’re using may not be compatible with the country restriction plugin, hence the discrepancy in the prices.

As you’ve confirmed WooCommerce to be displaying the correct prices in your store, I would recommend reaching out to the developers of both plugins for further assistance with this. They might have encountered similar issues before and could provide a more specific solution.

I wish I could be of help, but as this involves third-party plugins, this makes the support out of scope.
