    I get 2 sales a day i’m dominating my niche rank 1 google. This plugin doesn’t give points to new memberships purchases or renwals. Have had to do it manually. currently at 87 monthly subscriptions and I’m afraid i won’t manually give them points for purchasing new membership once it gets to 100 let alone when they renew. It works whenever it feels like working essentially. The past 8 new members none of them got the points after purchasing membership…Set it up properly read the entire documentation, Multiple memberships disabled x amount of points No Limit. Even with limit/day/week/month doesn’t work.

    I already added points to my website so it would suck to make a post explaining why the point system is removed, and it drastically changes how users interact in my website. If i would’ve known it couldn’t automatically distribute points i wouldn’t have stated this on my pricing page, telling people to sign up for bonus points ??

    Sometimes i’m away for 6 hours, come home to emails of people spamming me wondering why they didn’t get points. Some of them think i’m scamming them or will ask for a refund. This happens daily and I’m almost at my wits end, i’m basically lying to people telling them they’ll get bonus points on membership purchase/renewal. As you can see the dates of my sales this is ongoing. Scene77 the first guy on the list of the first picture signed up when i was asleep, woke up to 2 emails of him asking for his points. This is really bad, i can’t do this to people.

    We are having the exact same issue. We built an entire site around this premise expecting it to work and now as we near production we realize the points do not assign for new or renew or even cancellation of membership from the Paid Membership Pro plugin.
