Plugin doesn’t pull a “full” 10 reviews when filtering is applied

    Hello,

    I have set some filtering in the widget configuration to only show reviews between 4-5 Stars and not to show reviews without comments – the end result is that it only shows 5 reviews.

    This should re-aggregate the reviews and pull the most recent 10 reviews based on the filtering settings. Why doesn’t it do this?

    Please try completely reinstalling the plugin then clear cache and cookies.

    Make sure you’re using the latest version.

    Thanks for letting me know, this is affecting my other issue with the filtering of Reviews with No Comments as well.

    Hi @viablethought !

    As discussed in the other conversation, the plugin lets you manage only 10 reviews, it doesn’t guarantee to display 10 but to manage them and if you use filters, it’ll be less then 10 reviews. The plugin is limited and works this way. For more options, please consider subscribing to the website: trustindex.io.
