plugin doesnt run

    hey
    setup of sandbox completed and installing of mangopay plugin completed, but:

    1. i m having troubles to get the plugin running. setup is fine but got 2 red error messages:
    Required WC-Vendors plugin present & activated: — Failure ??
    WC-Vendors plugin version: — Unknown

    i am using wordpress 4.8.1 and vendor-plugin 2.0.40 with woocommerce 3.1.2

    2. when i select my birthday 15.June 1970 in my vendor-profile i get the error Invalid Birthday date. Please use this format: j. F Y
    i can select 1.September 1970 this works but not 15.June 1970

    3. this link (All active vendors have a MANGOPAY account:) on the settings page requests a role “Vendor” but i got only Vendor-Admin and Vendor-Manager after installing Vendor Plugin

    i have seen that i run the original vendor plugin from woocommerce and not the one you describe in your setup, that must be the reason.
    do you offer the original vendor plugin from woocommerce as well in the future?

    Hi there, you do need the WC Vendors plugin I’m afraid, and we do not currently plan to support any other vendor plugins at this stage.

    thx for the quick reply
    i installed wp-vendors right now, all is “green” activated mangopay at the check-out in woocommerce but i can′t see mangopay as a payment solution when i do a test checkout
    my dashboard at mangopay isn′t working, is that the reason?

    Could be many reason for that ??
    Are all your “status checks” OK on the MANGOPAY plugin settings page? And are your products all “owned” by a vendor created through the WC Vendors plugin (rather than the previous plugin) and do these users all have a MANGOPAY user associated to them (you can see this from the WP user details page)
    And what do you mean by “my dashboard at mangopay isn′t working”?

    i am having another question/issue
    i am running in sandbox-mode at the moment to try everything.
    i couldn′t find to activate the sofort-gateway which is provided from mangopay.

    any idea or help for me to get this active

    It’s on the WooCommerce settings / Checkout / Mangopay page.

    no it is not, these are the options:
    Enable/Disable Enable/Disable Enable MANGOPAY Payment
    Choose available credit card types: Choose available credit card types: Enable CB/Visa/Mastercard payment
    Enable Maestro payment*
    Enable Bancontact/Mister Cash payment
    Enable Przelewy24 payment*
    Enable Diners payment*
    Enable PayLib payment
    Enable iDeal payment*
    Enable MasterPass payment*
    Choose available direct payment types: Enable Bankwire Direct payment*
    and bankwire direct payment is only a wired transfer but not sofort!

    Oh I’m really sorry, I got confused – we haven’t actually added Sofort and Giropay to the plugin yet ??

    We don’t yet have a date, but hopefully it will be for later this year or early 2018.

    There is no firm date for PayPal but it is more complicated – I suggest you discuss with your sales contact at Mangopay for more info on that ??
