Plugin doesn’t send e-mail

    Hi, I have problem with plugin. Invoice is generate and I can see this in orders, in “my account” tab invoice is available too for customers. The plugin WP Mail Logging Log show me that e-mail with invoice was sent, but in the mailbox don’t have any e-mail except others like “new order”. I chose the PDF should attach to e-mail “processing order”. I tried with different address e-mails and anywhere e-mail didn’t arrive. When I uninstalled plugin and installed again, e-mail was working for one order and then didn’t work again. I have SMTP plugin and I set memory in wp-config for 256M. All labels in “status” plugin’s tab are green. When I turn off plugin or unset PDF on this e-mail, then e-mail sent normally. I have no idea what is problem. Will be grateful for help.

    Are you using PHP7.3? If so, could you let us know the exact version + distro (if included) of PHP you are using (for example 7.3.4-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+3). You can find this under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status.

    We just released version 2.2.14 of WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips that addresses an issue with email validation specific to certain versions of PHP, could you check if this indeed resolves your issue too?
