Plugin Doesn't Show Newly Created Post Categories

Great plugin!
Trying to add another plugin to blog post category association and I only see a few post categories. I’ve created 10 or so new post categories since installing the plugin and it seems like it hasn’t picked them up. Tried updating DB but same issue. No signs of any problems.
Any ideas? There a way to force the plugin to read the post categories from the database?
