Plugin doesn’t sync

Dear support,
I’m having trouble syncing with my MailChimp account. I’ve followed this tutorial: https://kb.mailchimp.com/integrations/e-commerce/connect-or-disconnect-mailchimp-for-woocommerce#Delete-and-Re-Install-MailChimp-for-WooCommerce, but instead of syncing, it shows this screen: https://imgur.com/a/Gv1XW. In the MailChimp Dashboard it gives this screen: https://imgur.com/a/c3tMY.
I have checked that the issue is not a plugin conflict and I’ve tried reinstalling. Below you can find my WC system status report.
Do you know how I can fix this?
