Plugin doesn’t take 2 different WCPA (Woo Custom product addons)

  • Hello!, when you add products to the quote list and submit the request, it only loads the custom product addon for 1 product and not all.

    What could be happening? I have tried modifying the email that is sent, but I think the error is in the data collection when you click the “send quote request” button.

    In the quote list it shows it correctly, but when viewing the purchase summary, it has only collected the data for one of the products and applies it to all the products in the list

    Could you check what is happening or give me a solution? From already thank you very much!

  • I also had this problem. I was then told that this plugin was integrated with Woo product add-ons, so I purchased a license and it doesnt work at all. If plugin is in normal checkout the add-ons do not show in admin, they do in RFQ mode. This isnt an option for our website though.

    The issue has been resolved in version 1.9.166.
    Product addon data will now load correctly for each item.
    Kindly try it out.
