    This is unacceptable. As a paying customer, the product should update automatically. It is concerning that after paying for a subscription, the plugin still asks for renewal. Customer service needs to improve by providing actual solutions instead of automated responses. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received a response regarding my subscription renewal issue.

    Thank you very much for bringing this to my attention and I deeply apologize for the long time waiting for our response. To begin with, I would like to assure you that this is not a standard behavior and our support team usually responds to all submitted inquiries within max few hours. Therefore, I suppose that there may be something wrong with delivering the messages itself.

    Do you still need our help and assistance regarding this matter? If so, I will personally take a close look at this situation.
