Plugin doesn’t use template files of my theme

  • Hi,

    first of all. Thank you for the plugin. I think it’s awesome.
    We are using the plugin for a intranet site, so I can’t send you a link to the site.

    Now my problem. I want to adjust the template. So i made a folder “wp_knowledgebase” in my theme folder and copied all the template files in these folder. But when I change something, the plugin still uses the template folder from the plugin.

    Can you help? Did I do anything wrong?

    That sounds perfectly correct. I’m afraid without seeing it it’s impossible to guess what the issue may be
