What other plugins are you running?

BUMP: If I may also add, we too have the same problem

    .ru, .pl, .gmail, hotmail …

If I were to cite all plugins that we use, we would be forever checking. Can you, as the developer. not check against plugins?

Asking anyone, any developer, to check against fifty thousand possible plugins is ridiculous. And that’s only the ones on WordPres.org

You have to be able to and willing to debug based on your setup. Everyone’s is different.

This plugin works on a naked WordPress site, no plugins, and it works with Akismet, Jetpack, BuddyPress, bbPress, and the other dozen or so I use with it. Beyond that, I cannot be expected to be omniscient.

You can either list all your plugins and be incredibly grateful if I have the time to test against them (or possibly know of a conflict by name). Or you can turn off all your other plugins and set your theme to Twenty Seventeen, and see if it works. If it does, you turn everything back on one at a time until it breaks.

If you want to guess, start with any plugin that messes with user settings. That’s usually what I do.

Sorry, that was a dumb question I guess ??

When someone registers on our site form, the plugin does not redirect them to a page we created?

    Any ideas please

    Many Thanks

No not a dumb question at all ?? You can’t be expected to magically know everything.

I cannot answer your question though. There’s too little information.

This plugin adds a filter on user-signup. It does not redirect users, however if you have another plugin that ALSO makes user registration edits, it’s possible they’re in conflict. I would start by looking at the plugin or code you use to redirect users after registration.

    Hi,

In the plugin, there is a checkbox to redirect to another url.

I thought that when someone signs up with a disposable address it then redirects to that url?

    Is that not correct?

    regards

It is, but it doesn’t use it by default.

Again this is ALL about information. You tell me “It doesn’t work” but you don’t describe how you set it up at all, or if you’re using other plugins, or if you’re using a feature of mine. So I have to GUESS what you’ve done ??

When you give incomplete bug reports, you get sub-par help.

    So start over.

How did you set up the plugin?

What did you add to the plugin as a disposable address? (Remember – it DOES NOT auto-fill anything so if you don’t put in the right data, it won’t do anything for that email)

What address are people using to sign up?

What happens when they sign up? Do they get denied or do they get in?

Do you have ANY other active plugins that handle registration or user management?

Have you done the standard debugging in WordPress (disabling everything except the one plugin to see if it works)?
