Do you mean you can’t reach /wp-admin when Smart Slider 3 is activated on the page? You could try making your site write out the error/create an error log file like this: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/257-messed-up-or-blank-page-in-back-end#frontend
Which could give help figuring out what’s going on.
