Plugin Doesn’t Work

  • Installed the plugin, but it doesn’t seem to work properly.

    1. It doesn’t show/give any options for people to leave a review.

    2. When I go to the individual product page to edit there is a section that says review. I tried to write something in the review section, but it does not show on the actual product page and there is no way for me to use the star rating either.

    3. I have already checked General Settings and Layout of the plugin. I have also check the Woocommerce product page settings.

    Could you kindly advise me on this issue.

    Hello there,

    hope you are doing well ??

    Make sure you have enable ‘Enable product reviews’ in WooCommerce settings.
    Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products tab

    You can see the option here.

    If you have that option enable, could you try to change to a default WordPress theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’ and check if the problem persists?

    I have already enabled the product reviews, but it’s not working.

    I am currently using the Nielsen Theme. I am not going to change the theme as this will disrupt my business.
