Plugin doesn’t work

  • Hi,
    I downloaded and installed the plugin, I can see under “media” that lot’s of different format types are activated, also tff. But still, I get the same error message when trying to install a font in tff format. (Avada).
    I am very new to this and I can’t and won’t manipulate the wp-config.php

  • I am new to WP and I tried to upload a KMZ (KML) suffix file and was surprise to get an error message. Security!

    I found WP Extra File Types, but it doesn’t work. Not tested at my release (5.3.2) but it doesn’t even show up in settings or under media. Just see it as an active plugin.

    The instruction create a folder … I have no idea how to do that. Maybe a folder in the media library, but not in plugins. I did the install from the Library – Maybe that is part of the problem.

    Any help would be great. I even tried changing the file name to end in .txt but it must look at the data and not accept it due to the first line being
    <?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?> or something else.

    I really want to upload this file and allow our users to download it.
    HELP!
