    If you publish one of the sorting options from the options, does it have the same issue when sorting on the site directly?

    I do see that there is a filter in place, which may be conflicting somehow. Would it be possible to briefly deactivate the filter option and test the sorting options?

    Hi Steve, i published it (with A-Z order and Available Stock) and it didn’t work like trying it in the web on incognite mode. I did the filter of woocomerce to be the default and didn’t work.

    Thanks for giving that a try!

    It might be that a conflict is responsible for this issue, so I’d like to try to rule out a theme conflict first.

    Would you please temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Nineteen, and let me know if the issue persists? If it does persist, not to worry, I’ll have some other troubleshooting steps for you to follow.

    If swapping themes does resolve the issue, it would appear to be a theme conflict.

    Would you please let me know how the theme switch went?

    Hi Steven, I don’t know too much about switching themes and stuff like that and i have clients that are always shopping in my ecommerce so if i change the theme would be strange, although i can do it like 4 am when nobody comes to the shop.

    Will let you know if i figure out how to do it.

    Hey @nachojeria,

    Another way to test this would be to Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin.

    Install the?Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin from here. Then select?Tools > Site Health >? Troubleshooting?and click the?Enable Troubleshooting Mode?button (don’t worry, this won’t impact any users except the logged in user.?

    Now enable just WooCommerce and the?Extra Sorting plugin with a default theme and see if the issue continues.

    Can you please let me know how the testing goes?
