Plugin doesn’t work

    Hi. I installed the module on my website, it worked for a while (with some exceptions – there were times when it didn’t recognize the drawn area, and the delivery method wasn’t displayed), but now it’s not working at all. The module is updated to the latest version, as well as the WooCommerce module. Even if I enter the store address for delivery, it still doesn’t display the delivery method. It can be checked with the following address: 17-19 Nerva Traian Street, 031043, Bucharest. (This is the store address – so it’s within the drawn area)

    Hmm this was when i clicked on the map.

    It advanced settings, can you enable setting “deactivate postcode…”.

    It does not seem that google maps have postcode info on this address.

    I disabled the zip code restriction. But is the same problem.

    If I use the map it’s ok, but I need it to work without selecting the address from the map. It’s not really user friendly. I added the map as a backup until we resolve the problem.

    You can try also with this addess, it’s near the restaurant: Strada Logof?tul T?utu 47, Bucure?ti 031212. The zip code is 031212.

    Can you enable debug (also in advanced settings) and see what you get?

    I changed the API key (client) setings to this: https://prnt.sc/L7kA3kryKsU4 . But I get the same error.

    Seems like issue with server API key. Can you remove the IP restriction (set to “none”) and test. Maybe wrong server IP?

    I took the IP from cpanel, the section with Shared IP Address. I made the changes you said, and now it seems ok. Thank you!
