    Messages are not being delivered when using approved WhatsApp templates.

    I have already confirmed that the API is functioning correctly:

    • Test messages are received without any issues.
    • The plugin configuration is complete and tested with the “hello_world” template, which successfully sends messages. However, other templates fail to send messages.

    Please let me know why this might be happening

    If the “Hello World” template is working, it indicates that the API settings are configured correctly. Please note that we currently support only the Text message type for message templates. Templates for documents, images, or contact messages will not be delivered.

    If you are using a text message template with multiple parameters, ensure the parameters are added according to our documentation. Refer to this article for guidance on adding parameters , which includes various examples. Additionally, you can watch the accompanying video for more detailed information.

    If the issue persists, please share the code snippet where you added the parameters, as the issue might be related to the parameter configuration. We will review it and provide further?assistance.
