Plugin doesn't work

  • Hi there,

    I just installed your plugin on a site of a client because the default search box only searches in blogs. I wanted pages to be in the result list too. So I made the necessary setting. But… to no avail.

    I hit Ctrl+F5 several times, but no result. I tried searching ‘illustraties’ because I know that that should give both a post and a page as result. But nothing happens.

    What can I do to make this work?

    When you say “nothing happens”, what exactly do you mean? Do you mean a blank page, “no results found”, or just blog posts as result?

    “Nothing happens” is in this case: the search box still only gives blogs as a result and didn’t add pages. So there’s no difference with the original situation.

    If nothing happens, then it’s likely a case of a theme incompatibility. See if this helps: https://www.relevanssi.com/knowledge-base/query_posts/

    Thanks. The first 2 steps didn’t help and the other ones are too complicated. I’ll first try other plugins. If those don’t work out, I can always edit the code, but I don’t prefer that.
