Plugin doesn’t work anymore

    Hello,

    I’m using the pro version for a while but I noticed a few days ago that the plugin doesn’t work anymore. I can’t save or edit a survey nor I’m able to swich the tabs. The URL changes example: url#tab5 but nothing happens. I really need to create a new survey.

    I already disabled all plugins and clear the cache but nothing helped so far. I tried different browsers too. My current version is 7.1.3

    What can I do?

    Firstly, I want to mention, that you are using the old version of the plugin.
    The latest update of the plugin is the 7.1.4 version.
    So, please update the plugin to the latest version and check the case again.
    Surely make a?DB?backup?for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus) so as not to lose your created data.

    Hello,

    thank you for the fast answer! I downloaded the plugin 7.1.4 (it was not available in wordpress and reinstalled it. Now it works.
