The site is on an internal network, you will not be able to access it.

We have a site behind an AWS load balancer. The load balancer uses http to talk to wordpress (not https).

When going to the wp-admin/admin.php?page=ultimate-blocks-settings&route=welcome on the site to enable the blocks, the page is blank.

This appears to be caused by all links to ultimate blocks js and css files are http instead of https. When viewing the html source for the page, all ultimate blocks URLs start with http, where all other URLs start with https.

We have many other plugins that work correctly.

Hi, can you please share the output of the javascript console when you try to visit wp-admin/admin.php?page=ultimate-blocks-settings&route=welcome ?

You can find the js console by right clicking on the page and selecting “Inspect”, then clicking on “Console”.
