Plugin doesn’t work correctly, no support after more than 4 weeks

In the beginning the plugin worked fine. I have 101 subscribers right now. The templates and notifications options are just great.
Then it started to send out my Newsletter twice to the same people.
Cron job does not work either. Support does not respond and when they do, they do not come with a any substantive response about the error message I repeatedly get. The only thing they did was thanking other people on the forum who tried to help me.
The only thing I want is support that takes me seriously. I would like their plugin to work fine for me. Then I will eventually upgrade to the paid version (at least, that was the plan). But I am not going to waste my money.
Right now this plugin harms my business and I’am afraid I must search for another plugin that has good support. I told this all on the forum too, to no avail so far…
