Plugin Doesnt work even when pro!!!!

We brought this plugin because we really needed to have alphabetic Pagination on our suppliers page here: https://fireproductsearch.com/dev/suppliers-brands/.
The only letter that works when you press is ‘S’. the other letters that are active give me a 404 error.
I really need to make this work fast, so if you could help i’d really appreciate it.
