  • Yes, it is the best lazy load plugin! But I deactivated the plugin too because of the same problem in mobile. The images were not loading. I hope they to fix it soon. =]

    Hello Doctor Doubledrop and cfgalvani

The a3 Lazy Load script is a mobile first lazy load script so I am surprised to hear that you are having issues.

Can you please advise the following

    1. Make of phone that you have tested it in and the operating system – example iPhone 6 running IOS9 and using Safari browser – this is important because phones, operating systems and browsers are all different.

    2. If you can turn a3 lazy load back on and post a link to the site or a page on the site so we can see the issue.

    Thank you
    Steve

    Hi Steve,

I tested on my iPhone 5S running iOS 9 and using Chrome and Safari browsers. The plugin is now turned on. I have a post with 14 images. Please take a look:

    Hello Cesar

Thank you for the link – this issue is nothing to do with mobile – I see exactly the same in PC browser.

I see this error with inspector

    Timestamp: 18/09/2015 2:55:16 PM
Error: ReferenceError: sb_instagram_js_options is not defined
    Source File: https://blog.imperiocanino.com.br/wp-content/cache/rshcp/js/rsm-min-js-9a0cf408466df2db429ba63bc941f34b.js

It appears that you have minified, combined and cached all scripts in that file.

Please turn off minify and clear all of you caches.

Then current scripts can load. After you do that and see it work fine you can minify, combine and cache again – you need to do this whenever you are adding a new plugin so you don’t get the same issue.

    Please try that

    Regards
    Steve

    Steve,

I use CloudFlare to cache and minify js, css and html. Now it is on Development Mode (do not cache anything), I have disabled minify and purged all cache, but the images are not loading yet on my iPhone.

If you could, please check it again.

    Cesar

I have just noticed that it is only loading images if I am logged in.

    Cesar

That is because the front of your site to not logged in users is still cached. That is why when you log in it is working fine – because you have caching set to – Don’t cache for not logged in users.

You need to purge all caching

    Hi Steve, me again sorry
I’ve just realized that products images in in my shop vendor page are not visible.. my theme developer say me this:
“I checked and saw that you are using “a3 Lazy Load” plugin, which turns images to 1×1 pixels. Please turn it off or recheck plugin settings.”

I’ve disabled the plugin and I see that the problem is it.. any solution please?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Doctor Doubledrop

No a3 lazy load does turn images into 1×1 pixels – If the images are not showing it will be a caching issue – Please clear your cache or if you are using a CDN – clear that cache.

If it isn’t a caching / CDN issue please post a link to your site where I can see the issue with the plugin activated.

    Regards
