    Hello,

I’ve already done tests on different browsers and different computers, but the banner does not appear on my homepage. It appears on the other website pages, but the color of the “Accept” button change.
However, on small screens, the banner appears on all pages and with the correct color.
It looks like the CSS of the plugin is changing on the screens wider than 375px.
    Hope you can help me.

    Best regards,
    Livia

    Hi @livlrt,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

We have checked your site and it seems the banner is visible on your homepage as well. We can’t replicate the reported issue, on smaller screens the banner is also visible.

If you can provide more details about the browser / device you are detecting issues we can continue the investigation.

    Thanks

    Hello Move agency

If I enable the cookies there is no Analytics or Google tag manger script showing up on the web page.

It looks like it doesn’t work.

    Hi @tlf15328,

    Thanks for your comments.

Please check your settings in Admin -> GDPR Cookie Compliance -> Third Party cookies. You should enable the third party cookies section (first checkbox), and add your Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager tracking scripts to the relevant sections (head, body, footer) and save the settings.

Once you have the proper script setup for third party or advanced cookies, you can test the plugin again.

Please note, you can’t find the GA script in the view-source page, you can check using the inspect tools, read more.

    Hope this helps.
