    Hi team, how are you?

    So, i installed the plugin on my website and followed very well the instructions to active, but, he doesn’t work and i don’t know why rs.

    the progress bar doesn’t show on my website and at this point i really don’t know what can i do, since i’ve been checking the instructions and documentation over and over again.

    Hi,

    The plugin is working as expected, and the progress bar appears on your cart/checkout pages.

    The “problem” you’re encountering stems from the fact that you have Local Pickup set up in the first position, and it’s selected by default. This setup is why the progress bar doesn’t appear initially. When you select a different shipping method, the progress bar shows up as it should.

    To ensure the progress bar is also displayed when Local Pickup is selected, you can make a quick adjustment in the plugin settings. Here’s what you need to do:

    1. Navigate to the plugin settings.
    2. Go to the Progress Bar section.
    3. Find and enable the option “Enable on Local Pickup.”
    4. Remember to save your settings after making this change.

    This should resolve the issue, allowing the progress bar to be visible regardless of the shipping method selected, including when Local Pickup is chosen.

    Additionally, it’s worth noting that you have the option to set a different shipping method as default. However, this adjustment is not something that can be done directly through our plugin. It would typically be managed within your website’s overall shipping settings.

    Hello Marin, thank you for your response!

    i did what you say and it’s working pretty well right now.

    but, i have only one more doubt, at the “general settings” i enabled the section “Hide delivery methods when free shipping is available?” to appear only the free shipping method when free shipping is available (due the value of the order), but, the other delivery methods are still appearing, am i doing something wrong again? rs

    It seems like you’re using a special shipping method called Lalamove in your website. Did you set this up with a different plugin? It looks like there might be a mistake in the setup because it’s charging for shipping when it should be free. If you’ve set a rule for free shipping in our plugin, you need to make sure the same rule is applied to Lalamove too.
