    Hi there,

    I have one errors with the plugin:

    when I submit an email. It says ”Something went wrong, please try after sometime”. I read in a previous support thread that it might be related to the cache plugin … i am using litespeed cache and I tried add this product link in Exclude area, The error still occurs.

    And this error occurs not on every product,

    I let the page live with the errors so you can check. liteSpeed cache plugin is still activated.

    Good Day!!!

    We’re here to assist you with this one.
    The reason behind your reported issue is cache with nonce validation(it returns 403 error in your side) so please purge cache from plugin and try exclude the product link(hope it will work).

    If you still facing the problem after purge cache just contact litecache support here https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/litespeed-cache/

    While you ask for support just specify ajax request returns 403 error in product page, so they will be in a better position to assist you with cache settings configuration.
