    hello,
    I had few issues with the plugin when I moved from develop server to online server. I’ve updated it before moving and on develop space it worked right. On the production site first It gave a redundant “uncaught error” when a guest was trying to contact an operator by chat, then I uninstalled and installed it again and the problem seemed solved but another problem came up: the plugin permit to accept chats but it doesn’t register and show to the operator the name and the e-mail that the Guest has written.
