• This was a great plugin, but the past 8 months have been a total nightmare. As my livelihood is reliant on my Google Feeds working properly, it’s been stressful as each update breaks the plugin more and more. I honestly am shocked to read several of the latest reviews as it hasn’t been my experience at all. Seems the developers of this plugin aren’t happy with me as I’ve been more than a bit upset the past couple months. Well, who’s fault is that?!?!?! I click on ‘edit’ a feed, and it kicks out all the previous settings. Feeds are no longer capturing all products, and I mean they are missing hundreds of product listings! For the past 6 months in particular, each time I login to my dashboard and see there is yet ANOTHER update for this plugin, my heart begins to race as it signals more problems, NOT fixes. If this development team screws you and you fight back, they ignore your support tickets. Look Lincoln and Sultan… you need to take fucking ownership of the problems you’ve created! And oh yeah, there is no way to opt out of ‘auto-renew’. I am up for renewal in July, and anticipate yet another fight when these idiots charge me for something I no longer want. Like I said, it USED to be a GREAT plugin. Now it’s broken, it’s been broken for nearly the past year. I’ve had to remove fields from my feeds because they don’t work. Keeping field that worked in the past led to google rejecting my feed, so I had to remove many of them just to get a working feed. This is all due to the constant updates to this plugin that do NOT improve it at all but instead introduces more and more bugs. Sorry, for those of you that think this plugin blows perfume out of it’s ass, you’ll eventually find out that it’s not exactly roses. I suggest you check on your Google Merchant account DAILY to make sure this plugin isn’t fucking things up for your, wasting your advertising money. WHO even thinks they need to check their merchant account every fucking day?!! It SHOULD be ‘set it and forget it’. NOT with this plugin! I lost out on a huge chunk of holiday sales last year because I had no idea that this plugin had screwed up my once well working feed with one of their updates. They also changed the ‘list’ view for feed last year also. You used to be able to create a feed, then view it in a ‘list’ view to make sure all your products were included. NOW it only returns an xml view which makes it very difficult to discern whether or not everything is there or NOT… yeah, it’s mostly NOT. I’ve had to invest in an XML editor for the sole purpose of looking at these messed up feeds. thankfully I had an old feed from a year ago that I have had to MANUALLY enter new product info using the XML editor to keep my products listed on google shopping. This fucking plugin has reduced my product list from several thousand products to a handful of a few hundred. So yeah, drink the Kool Aid peeps… and oh yeah, have to mention it again….NO RESPONSE TO SUPPORT TICKETS FOR THE PAST 5 WEEKS!! Sorry, you might be pissed at me being pissed at you, BUT I PAID FOR THIS PLUGIN AND IT AIN’T FUCKING WORKING!!!

@sapience i appreciate that you invested your valuable time on our plugin. We have been working to figure out the bug causing issues on your site. We always value our users time & glad that you tried our plugin.

You know each & every website has different sets of configurations. We tried to sort out the issue as soon as possible but didn’t work.

I can’t see any of your tickets were not answered. I agree with you that we couldn’t solve your issue but you always got a reply from us. Because we don’t like to keep our user hanging/waiting to hear from us.

We’re still working to solve the issue for you. Would love to get your feedback & it’s working.

We have decided to release all of the premium features for free for using up to 50 products( that’s the only one limitation we’re keeping)

Okay, so I decided to give this another try this morning… and I am having some issues regarding shipping and tax entries.

I suppose since ‘you’ sell a digital product you haven’t realized that most of us need to enter this information correctly for Google to accept it?

Anyway, tax and shipping are entered for all of my products BUT I can’t seem to find information on how to add these values in your plugin. I’ve tried a few things…none work…

I seem to be making some progress, but won’t know until Google finishing processing. I also have an appt. with google next week and will find out more then as to what is actually needed to fix the feed issues.

I added the tax info via Google Merchant account which seemed to eliminate the ‘tax’ errors… pain in the ass as tax tables are already listed in Woocommerce…your plugin doesn’t detect them correctly OR the ‘correct’ settings needed to be entered are a mystery and a secret that only the developers have the answers to.

I also added some fields for shipping in your feed but also in Google merchant, so I’m not sure which way is working but the shipping error disappeared… once again…this is ESSENTIAL info for those of us that sell ‘physical’ products.

If there is (are) a tutorial(s) that address these issues, I haven’t been able to locate it/them.

Once again, these are two very essential fields for a vast majority of ecommerce businesses. Many of us actually sell and ship ‘physical’ products. Please put instructions together that address these essential concerns & the correct field data entry information. Your plugin is apparently not locating the mapping within woocommerce and/or the correct settings are not offered in any instructions. Those fields should be added already, and only need to be ‘eliminated’ if you are a merchant (like you) that only sells virtual/downloadable products. Easier to eliminate a not needed field than to struggle for hours on how to figure out the settings for the fields needed by most that use your plugin…. thinking about your customers more and addressing their needs would be very productive not to mention, helpful. Make it user friendly…please!

    Thank You

@sapience Thank you – I really find your last comment is valuable for us to improve the plugin and help our users to use it easily.

We’re still working on some features you mentioned. I will make sure all of your concerns are sorted ASAP.

It’s still returning the same error on the other site, no page displays when selecting view or download. It creates an empty feed. This is the site where I granted permission to your team to take a look and all your guy did was say I had used too many products…which wasn’t true.

I went back and tried again, still the same errors. I have asked multiple times what the version requirements are for your plugin of which non one has answered. The site with the problem is very out of date…long story.. and I won’t be messing with it until I can create a virtual environment to test everything first before going live with the changes.

My suspicion is that the plugin isn’t working because it requires 7.0 PHP and that particular site is running on 5.4

Anyway, I at least got it to work on the newest site where everything has the latest versions installed. I got it to work there after struggling with trying to figure out the pertinent entries needed for the feed. You REALLY need to add instructions regarding shipping and tax entries…it was a nightmare and wasted so much time.

I have an appointment with Google midweek and they will be taking a look at the feed to see if it’s missing important unique variables etc.

If all goes well, I likely will at one point upgrade to pro.

I suggest you dump the guy on your team that is either lazy, incompetent, or both… he really did nothing but go in, see the false error I ALREADY reported and regurgitated it… worthless..

By the way… several products in the feed are returning an error for ‘missing microdata’…refers to the ‘condition’..
