Plugin doesn't work well with Contact Form 7 (star rating) & conditional fields

Hi folks,

I am trying to use this plugin in combination with Contact Form 7. I am building a contact form in a table form to use it as a review form. When I activate Magic Liquidizer the table looks awesome. Unfortunately the star rating doesn’t work, neither do the conditional fields. It looks like everything that is based on jquery isn’t working when activating the plugin. Does anybody experience the same thing? Thanks.
