Plugin doesnt's send backup

Hi, can you disable iTheme security plugin and try again to create a backup and see if it is sent.

I uninstall iTheme security plugin.
All In One WP Security & Firewall doesn’t send backup to mail.com

Hi can you check the log files. The log files should reveal what is happening with your backup not sending.
