Plugin don’t show reading time correctly

  • Hello! I use Elementor and Astra. The entry shows 1 minute reading but has over 3600 words. And I set the plugin for 275 per minute.

    Hi @celestisima,

    I tried the same case on my dev site and the reading time is showing correctly.

    Anyway, I check your site, and I think this issue is happening only on the post you shared above. When I check the other two posts on your site, the reading time on both are showing correctly, 14 minutes and 9 minutes.

    Hi @celestisima, sorry for the delay.

    Honestly, I am not sure either. However, you might want to try re-adding the content widget by widget while keep checking the read time on the frontend. Once you notice the read time works incorrectly, the latest widget you just added could be the culprit.
