Plugin don’t work

  • Hi! After the last update of 4 days ago I can not receive the contacts in the GetResponse autoresponder. I also updated the api code and the fields of each form with those on GetResponse but still i get nothing.

    Can you help me? Thank you.

    While we have tested the latest version of Contact Form 7 GetResponse extension, the plugin is working fine in our side.

    Please check the plugin functionality after the user has confirmed subscription to your campaign list and verify if the contact info is added in your Getresponse account.

    If the issue is not fixed, please provide us details on your WordPress version and Site URL to the page you are using the contact form to, so that we could inspect the issue further.
