    Hi guys,

    After performing the recent plugin update, I seem to have lost access to the “Pro” version and I can no longer apply the settings on a per user basis. I paid for lifetime access to the Pro version back on 19th October 2021.

    After running the update the plugin seems to have reverted back to the free version and also deactivated itself.

    Can you please let me know what I need to do to get the Pro version installed again without having to pay for this again?

    Hi again,

    I tried deleting the plugin and re-installing it again using the plugin link in my original order confirmation email from back in October 2021 and that has resolved the issue (the link was for the Pro version). So I now have the up to date Pro version installed and it seems to have remembered the minimum order amounts I had set up previously on each user which is a relief!

    Maybe you can just investigate why my plugin reverted back to the free version when I updated the plugin so that this doesn’t happen again in the future.

    I’m not sure what happened, maybe you enabled the free version by mistake?

    Anyway, let me know if you notice something again.
