[Plugin: Dreamgrow Scroll Triggered Box] Mailchimp embed – Can't subscribe]

Hello,
I have replaced the default code with my Mailchimp code. The subscribe button does not work (lead to a thank you page, or send a confirmation email).
Any help would be appreciated. If needed, the site is https://www.anywhereathome.com
I have also tried to search on this and found this

But I do not have a “receiver email” field.Thank you!
