[Plugin: Dublin Core Metadata] Adding multiple author and other fields in dublin core metadata

Firstly, this is a very useful plugin and i thank the authors for it.

Needed to address few issues.
-there just one creator field, if we need multiple authors and also the format in which dublin core indexes (first name: last name; authors affiliations etc}. how can this be added to the plugin

– few other important things like dc_identifier: date of publication, will be very useful and make this plugin an unique tool for all publishers on wordpress.
