Plugin duplicates widgets and main menu

Tested on Windows 8.1 and 10 and could not confirm any problem. You can see an example site here (https://admin-page-framework.michaeluno.jp/) using Responsive Column Widgets. Do you see widgets being duplicated?

I suspect a conflict with your theme or pugins using some JavaScript scripts. In Chrome, try disabling JavaScript and see if the widgets get duplicated. Quick Javascript Switcher allows you to toggle JavaScript.

Let me know if you still see a problem without JavaScript.

I have done a plug for plug check and I could not detect a conflict w/other plugs.

Try disabling browser JavaScript to check whether the problem lies in JavaScript. And just tell me whether you see the same problem.

The thing is: I don’t have the OS nor the conflicting browser available.
This problem was discovered by running cross browser testing tools
(several of them and all turned up the same for some Chrome versions in Win)

You don’t have the addressed OSes and reporting an issue. This is hard to troubleshoot for sure.

You can post your live site url so that I can check from Windows 10 and 8.1.
