[Plugin: Duplicator] Multisite

Currently it doesn’t support MU. We are looking into what is required to make that happen, but it is a bit lower on the priority list right now. Mostly trying to work through stability issues right now.

Couldn’t it work even if we try duplicating one by one?

You can try, but I have received feedback from others that it didn’t work for them. If you happen to know any PHP I could always use a hand to help identify what data touch-points need to transpire.

No problem… We’ll keep the request on the todo list. We may fork to create a pro version which handles the more complex setups.
