[Plugin: DW Social Feed] problem with url's

I have a problem with all the urls in the post. The shortening also doesn’t work, no matter which one I use.
For example:
The url name that you see is ok:
https://www.pastemagazine.com/blogs/lists/2012/09/the-10-best-new-voices-in-music.html

but it refers to:
https://mywebsite.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.pastemagazine.com%2Fblogs%2Flists%2F2012%2F09%2Fthe-10-best-new-voices-in-music.html&h=uAQE0g6ca&s=1

Any idea’s on how to solve this?
