[Plugin: Dynamic "To Top" Plugin] Button does not show

Hi
I used this button before and really loved it. I want to use it again with the Blogum theme from wpshower, but it does not show after activation.
I know the last time I had some code missing in the theme which allows the button to function, any ideas?
