[Plugin: Dynamic "To Top" Plugin] Disable on Index Page

Firstly, I’d like to say that I love this plugin.

However, it’s messing with the jquery on my index page, and I’d like to disable it, only for the front page.

Or if you can see a fix that’d work too :).

When scrolling down, the navi is supposed to be flush with the top of the screen, and not have that extra margin in between as it is now.
