[Plugin: Easy Contact Forms] Changing the layout of the email receipt of entry

When a visitor fills out a form, we receive an email. The data in that email is “vertical”, ie, looks like this:

First name
BOB
Last name
SAMPLE
Email
[email protected]
Phone Number
555-123-4567

Is there any way to make it so the data is “horizontal”, IE:
First name BOB
Last name SAMPLE
Email [email protected]
Phone Number 555-123-4567

We print off the emails and use them for order fulfillment, and as it stands with the vertical layout, it prints on two pages. If we could get the horizontal layout, it would be condensed to one. Thanks.
